In order to install People Input MOBILE PRO, you must download the application. Please, fill out the information form and download the application for free: click here
|
The application is light and will only take a few minutes to download.
Once the application has been downloaded on your computer, double-click on the installer icon in the location where you have saved it, and follow the prompts that appear.
|
After installation, you will be able to launch the application, by clicking on the People Input icon in the system tray, at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, or by clicking on the " People Input Mobile Pro " shortcut on your desktop. |

Once the application is opened, you must register by clicking on the " Register " button. |
|
 |
|
Then, fill out the form and key in a username ("login") and a password ("password"), in order to use the application. |
|
 |
|
Once the registration has been validated, log in to the application by keying in the user name and password that you had previously chosen. Tick off the "Remember my password" option, so that you will not have to key in your password again the next time you want to log in. |
|
 |
|
|
|
|
|
| You will find in the chart below the various packages available. The amount of credit necessary to send and SMS message depends on the telephone company to which the addressee has subscribed (for example, you need 1 credit to send an SMS message to Senegal on an Alize-operated mobile device, whereas you need 2.5 credits to send an SMS message to France on an Orange- operated mobile device). People Input MOBILE PRO communicates via HTTP with an SMS Gateway over the Internet.
To modify your Proxy settings, right-click on the People Input MOBILE PRO icon and select "Proxy Settings" |
|
|

|
You must select 1 of the 4 Proxy settings of the application: |
|
|
 |
|
|
Option 1 : « Directly connect to internet »: select this option if you are using a standard connection (via a modem without Proxy) |
|
Option 2 : «Proxy config from registry»: select this option if you are connecting to the Internet via a local network (LAN) |
|
Option 3 : «Proxy confirm from registry, no scripts»: select this option, if you are connecting to the Internet through a local network (LAN), but do not want to use automatic scripts. |
|
Option 4 : «User Proxy List»: this option allows you to define a Proxy server
Fill in the following fields:
« Proxy server or IP »: Proxy address
« Port »: Port number
« Username » : identifier for connecting to the Proxy server
« Password » : password for connecting to the proxy
|
Once the settings have been defined, you can test out your connection, by clicking on the "Test Settings" button.

If your connection is working, then you will receive the following message: |

Once you have saved, you can have access to those settings in the " Options " index tab of the application |
|
|
 |
|
|
If these settings are not configured, People Input MOBILE PRO will use by default the settings of the computer on which it is installed. |
|
|
|
|
The name of the SMS sender from your application is, by default, People Input. To personalise the sender name (please, write your GSM number or your name), please edit the "Sender ID" field in the "OPTIONS" index tab.
Warning: the networks of telephone companies do not accept any " Sender ID " with more than 11 letters.

|

In order to have access to the online help, click on the " Help " button in the " OPTIONS " index tab - you will then be redirected to the help page of People Input's website.

To buy some credit, please click the " Buy Credits " button, in the " OPTIONS " index tab - you will then be redirect to the credit refilling page of People Input's website.
